She has previously worked at Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations, Institute of Economic Growth, EY, Fore School of Management, Great Lakes e-learning Services Pvt. Ltd., Symbiosis School of Economics, School of Inspired Learning, ICFAI Business School, University of Delhi, Bennett University and University of London. Her research interest is in economic policy relating to ICT for development; regulation and competition issues in the digital markets; and development economics. She has published in international and national journals, besides in popular media. She holds a PhD degree from IIT-Delhi, Masters in Economics with a Gold medal from Loyola College, Chennai and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. Her doctoral work on digital communications was recognised as the best doctoral work at the XII Indian Subcontinent Decision Sciences Institute conference and her essay on policy and regulatory challenges in digital markets was identified as best writing by the Competition Commission of India, Government of India.

Dr Sitakanta Panda is Member of Board of Advisors at Discourse Analytica.Currently he is an Assistant Professor of Economics at Indian Institute of Technology Bhilai, Raipur. In his previous research assignments he worked, Indian Institute of Management Amritsar; ICRIER; University of Zurich; Indian Statistical Institute Bangalore and at Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi. His research interest include development economics, public policy, political economics, and labour economics. He holds a PhD in economics from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, and an MA in economics from University of Hyderabad.  He is also a Fellow of Global Labor Organization. He has previously worked at Primetech and Celent in the U.S and Bennett University's School of Management. He has authored more than 100 research reports covering strategy and technology topics in financial services. He is a Fellow in Management (equivalent of a PhD) with a specialization in Economics from IIM-Ahmedabad. Dr. Vaishnavi Sharma is Consultant at Discourse Analytica.She holds a PhD degree from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research (IGIDR), Mumbai. In her PhD thesis, titled “Essays on Foreign Capital Flows”, she worked extensively on the balance sheets of emerging market economies with special focus on the Indian economy. Her research interests include macroeconomics, open macro economy models, international finance, international trade, banking and development issues. She has been a visiting assistant professor of macroeconomics at International Management Institute, New Delhi and has published articles and essays in peer reviewed journals and magazines.
